About
We measurebeforewe talk.
SecOps Forces secures email and Microsoft 365 configuration for mid-market and enterprise organizations. Our platform does the repetitive work; our experts step in only if you decide they should.
Why we exist
The market sells reports. Organizations need a continuous picture.
We spent enough years inside Microsoft environments to know the script by heart: a serious audit, an eighty-page report, an action list, then eighteen months of silence. At the second audit, some of the same gaps were back — through a different path.
Nobody is at fault. It is a limit of the format: a report describes a date, not a trajectory. And nobody can afford an audit every month.
SecOps Forces came out of that. Automate the measurement until it becomes continuous, apply remediation from the same platform, and keep a dated record of everything — because that record is what the insurer, the customer auditing you, and now the regulator all ask for.
What we hold ourselves to
Four rules, including when they cost us.
They are written here so you can hold us to them.
We measure before we propose
Your data stays yours
We decline when the subject is not ours
Who you will be talking to
One person, not a switchboard.
SecOps Forces was founded by David Pekmez, after roughly twenty years securing Microsoft environments and corporate email — from the endpoint to tenants with several thousand accounts, across manufacturing, logistics and consulting.
That background explains the positioning: we already know what to look at in a tenant, which makes the audit fast, and we know what breaks in production when you close things too quickly, which makes remediation careful.
In practice, the person you talk to at the first meeting is the one who will read your report.
Evidence
What others say about it.
Real environments with real constraints — and an ecosystem that noticed us before we asked.
